a café that started with one very good croissant.
dollop opened in 2019 in an old textile warehouse in ancoats. we wanted somewhere that took coffee seriously without taking itself seriously.

we roast our own coffee, laminate our own pastry and bake every cake in the kitchen downstairs.

everyone on the team earns the real living wage or above, and tips go straight to the bar.
